  • GUARDIANSHIP PROCESS:  A process aimed at providing juveniles with legal protection (who have committed acts qualifying as penal transgressions, show deviant behaviour, are victims of abuse or of other conduct likely to injure their interests or rights), through the application of the measures established in legislation.
