Summary
This article reports an investigation into the relationship between company competitiveness and two factors – whether or not companies export their products and whether they sell their own brand. Companies were classified into one of four groups; export/own brand, no export/own brand, export/no own brand, no export/no own brand. Statistical analyses of variables found in a previous study related to competitiveness showed that the four groups used different strategies to achieve competitiveness.
