The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,965 per square meter in August 2025, €20 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.0%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 18.1% (18.7% in July). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 6.4% when compared to the previous period, to around 31.7 thousand, 0.3% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
