The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,081 per square meter in December 2025, €21 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.0%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 19.1% (18,4% in November). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 4.9% when compared to the previous period, to around 34.5 thousand, 7.2% less than reported in the same period of the previous year. 

In 2025, the median value of bank appraisals was €1,949 per square meter, up by 17.3% when compared with the result observed in the previous year.
