Summary
The Industrial Producer Price Index (IPPI) recorded a 5.0% year-on-year increase in June, remaining broadly in line with the previous month's rate (5.1%). Intermediate Goods and Energy groupings made the largest contribution to the overall index change, accounting for 4.3 percentage points (p.p.), with year-on-year increases of 6.3% and 12.7%, respectively.
In the second quarter of 2026, industrial producer prices increased by 4.7%, following a 1.9% decrease in the previous quarter.
On a month-on-month basis, the index increased by 0.8% (0.9% in June 2025).
