 Working Group for reflection and preparation of follow-up documents for the Section and definition of an evaluation model for the General Guidelines of Official Statistical Activity 2023-2027

a. To make an integrated reflection on all the reports that the Statistical Authorities and the Statistical Council Secretariat currently submit to the Section and propose new ones, or adjustments to the monitoring models, when applicable, namely on:
1. Monitoring the activities of the Statistical Authorities: timeliness and accessibility of official statistics;
2. Monitoring the Activity Plan of the Statistical Council;
3. Reporting on the monitoring of Statistical Authorities compliance with the SEN fundamental principles;
4. The reporting of the Statistical Authorities on international meetings;
b. Define a simple and effective evaluation model of the Degree of Implementation of the LGAEO 2023-2027 for regular monitoring.
c. Evaluate the current model for monitoring the recommendations of the Report on the Evaluation of the State of the NSS.
d. Propose, in context of this reflection, other areas for the Section's follow-up in the context of the priorities defined in the LGAEO 2023-2027, and which may also be of general interest to the Statistical Council and the NSS.
